Ingredients:
1kg chicken thighs
425g canned diced tomatoes
2 onions chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
50ml white wine vinegar
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Place chicken thighs in slow cooker
Mix all other ingredients together then pour over chicken
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Lovely when served on a bed of cauliflower.
