Merineo Newborn Swaddling Bags
In 2018, Claire from Merineo contacted me about photographing some of her products - in particular, Merineo's new range of Newborn Swaddling Bags. I was most flattered to say the least, that Claire had picked me amongst so many photographers out there! She explained that she found my style of photography very fresh and clean and therefore felt that it suited the Merineo brand.
Having not done much product photography before, I was very excited about the prospect of working together! Claire and I met and she told me all about Merineo and how she came about creating these beautiful swaddling bags. Upon seeing and feeling them, I was immediately sold on the product! As they are made from Merino wool, they are so soft and most importantly very breathable for babies. I loved them so much that I bought one for my sister who recently had a baby girl! I will also mention that Knox Private Hospital has endorsed these swaddling bags and every baby born there receives one as a gift!
Newborn Model Call
Merineo and I advertised a Newborn Model Call to find some gorgeous newborn babies to photograph in the swaddling bags. Merineo is based in Burwood, and myself in Ferntree Gully, therefore we advertised this model call within Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. We were lucky enough to have some lovely parents apply to be involved with their newborn babies and also lucky enough to have a variety of different looking babies to photograph!
Those parents who had their baby involved in this promotion received a complimentary Newborn photo shoot, plus a free Merineo swaddling bag. The feedback I received about the swaddling bags was nothing but positive - everyone just loves them! In particular, the mother of the twins couldn't compliment them enough!
Your Child in Boroondara
We were even lucky enough to have 'Your Child' magazine in Boroondara ask us to use the photograph of the twins on the front cover of their April issue! Very exciting!
This magazine has over 10,000 copies being circulated within the Boroondara council area. It's such a great feeling to know so many people are reading this magazine and therefore seeing my photograph!
